Return & Refund Policy

Customers may return or exchange any unworn and unused merchandise within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the original tags remain attached to the product.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
– Be in their original condition: unworn, unused, and undamaged.
– Have all original tags and labels attached.

Process for Returns and Exchanges:

Returns:
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day window. Once approved, you will be provided with a return shipping label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

Exchanges:
For exchanges, please contact our customer service team. After receiving approval, return the item as described above. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and send out the replacement item.

Exceptions:
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
– Items marked as final sale.
– Products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customer Responsibilities:
– Ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached.
– Cover the shipping costs for returns, unless otherwise specified or in cases of defective or incorrect items sent.
